ఇతరుల ఇంట్లో శుభకార్యం జరుగుతోందంటే అది వారి సంతోషం. ఆ సంతోషాన్ని భయంగా మార్చే హక్కు ఎవరికీ లేదు. అదే సమయంలో తమ జీవనోపాధి కోసం వచ్చే వారికి గౌరవం, భద్రత, ప్రత్యామ్నాయ ఉపాధి అవకాశాలు కల్పించాల్సిన బాధ్యత కూడా ప్రభుత్వానిదే.
ప్రభుత్వం ఈ అంశాన్ని సీరియస్‌గా తీసుకుని స్పష్టమైన మార్గదర్శకాలు, ఫిర్యాదు వ్యవస్థ, పోలీసుల ద్వారా రక్షణ, సమాజ సంక్షేమ చర్యలు ఏర్పాటు చేయాలి.
