Assam: An NGO organised 'forever hope festival' for the adoption of rescued dogs in Dibrugarh yesterday.

A visitor, Pragati Sakya said," I had no specification in mind regarding breed or variety. After all, dogs are dogs. I'm very happy to adopt one." (2.10.2020)
