If you are an empath, you are going to suffer.
Let me tell you why.
You feel everything. Everyone's pain. Everyone's sadness. Everyone's fear. You absorb the energy of every room you walk into. You carry the weight of people who would never carry yours. You give, and give, and give, hoping that someone, someday, will give back. But most people do not have the capacity to give back the way you give. Most people are not built like you. Most people are not feeling the world the way you are feeling it.
And at some point, you will discover that the world is filled with wolves and sheep. And you, my friend, are a sheep. A soft, open, vulnerable sheep walking through a forest of wolves who can smell your kindness from a mile away. They will take advantage of it. At some point you'll discover the world isn't built for people like you to survive.
You will burn out. You will hit a wall. You will realize that not everyone deserves your empathy. You will be disappointed. Over and over again. You shall suffer.
No matter what you say, no matter what side you take, one thing is absolutely clear to me:
Iran is, by far, one of the most daring countries in the world right now.
It is standing against the United States, a nation with the most advanced military power.
It is facing Israel, again one of the strongest and most technologically superior forces.
It is dealing with pressures across the Middle East… and doing all of this without direct backing from China or Russia.
Even after massive strikes, leadership losses, and continuous attacks, Iran is still standing, still responding, still refusing to bow down.
And honestly, I don’t remember the last 20 years where any country showed this level of sheer courage and defiance.
Say whatever you want about outcomes, politics, or consequences… but one thing is certain in my eyes:
Iran has shown a level of boldness that very few nations would even dare to attempt.
And no matter how this ends, history will remember Iran as a country that had the courage to stand its ground when almost no one else would.
🇺🇦💪😭Medics found a note in the bag of a fallen soldier — it wasn’t addressed to his family, but to his dog.
For several months, military drones circling above the front line had captured glimpses of an incredible friendship amid the ruins. Frame after frame showed the soldier sharing his meager rations and warmth with a stray dog who refused to leave his side.
When a massive attack finally took the soldier’s life, medics found him exactly where the drone had last recorded him.
Inside his jacket was a handwritten note — not to his parents, but a request for help for his friend. It read:
“We’ve been fighting together for two years. If I’m gone, please leave my jacket in my dugout — winter is coming soon, and he’ll come there to keep warm.
P.S. If you manage to catch him, he likes it when you scratch behind his ears.”
Most of our lives are quietly spent chasing external validation, approval from strangers, institutions, audiences, and abstractions, because it feels measurable, visible, and rewarding.
In contrast, the people closest to us, parents, partners, children, friends, offer no scoreboard. Their presence becomes familiar, predictable, and therefore dangerously easy to take for granted. We assume time is abundant, affection is permanent, and opportunities to show care will always return.
So we postpone effort at home while exhausting ourselves proving worth elsewhere. Only when someone leaves, through distance, silence, or death, does the illusion break. Then the imbalance becomes painfully clear: how much energy we spent being admired, and how little we invested in being present, and that regret doesn't leave you after that.
Today my student Upalaparna Banerjee Has successfully defended her thesis on the formalism of Effective Field Theory.
She is my 8th student. She is going to join University of Mainz as a Humboldt postdoctoral fellow. She has done extremely good thesis work.
Unfortunate.. My advice to commanding officers and young officers...1. There will always be pressure from top military officers for not breaking contact and neutralize terrorists early. 2 Don't fall in to this pressure. 3. Every intelligence must be taken as if it could be trap. 3. Never strike an area without securing it. 4. If need be, buy surveillance drones from open market from regimental fund. Have your own surveillance network. I know military provided drones are tightly controlled by higher HQs and combat units may not get the way they want. 5 Do not strike a target without having it's total surveillance. 6. In CI ops it's cat and mouse game.. Don't worry how many times these rats escape...lay trap on your conditions... We lost these men as we rushed.. Not acceptable losing men like this.. When I was CO in CI Ops, with my exp of Sri Lanka. I told my men..You will never have pressure from me. Its my job to manage pressure of Top HQs...You will not rush blindly..Strike only when you have fairely superior dominance over target area.. I don't want to lose my men..Let the bastards die.. Today I proudly say..I achieved my first objective..I did not lose a single men and yet dominated area neutralizing terrorists.. In CI ops you can never ever achieve total dominance.. The dominance is always related to time and place...It is sad to note that it is second time in recent months, we are losing men as we rushed blindly and fell into trap of terrorists...Don't do this...

Chak De replaced real story of a Hindu coach with a Muslim character being mistrusted for his religion.
Dangal had fictional scene of a vegetarian Hanuman bhakt force-feeding chicken to kids.
Agenda is evident. On top, both these privileged kids have felt insecure in Bharat
In 1991, a Japanese translator of Rushdie's #TheSatanicVerses, Hitoshi Igarashiwas, was stabbed to death. In the same year, Ettore Capriolo, its Italian translator, was stabbed, and in 1993, its Norwegian publisher was shot. Now Salman himself has been seriously wounded.
Anyone who stands with Salman Rushdie today, but did not stand with Nupur Sharma - who did not even blaspheme (if at all there is such a thing) - is an unscrupulous, unintelligent, irrational, blockheaded, illogical, feeding on darbari crumbs, psychopathic hypocrite.
