I'm an investor and normal person, but I've spent many years of my life doing diligence into @gamestop and all that pertains to it.

There is something.. very, very wrong here. Your company is involved in so much fraudulent market dynamics, I believe I've given you all that's required to prove market manipulation.
i would greatly appreciate this and it's all I ask from you: simply consider the data and hypothesis's presented and enacting an honest change which we all deeply require.
#Gamestop swap baskets are involved in the greatest amounts of manipulation, we as a community, have ever discovered. The records are there for you and your team to peruse. Gamestop basket UPI's involve half of the swap baskets in the entirety of my swap archives from dec '22 to current day..

@mhp_guy That said, its still totally do able if you are good at managing time and have a clear plan. The main difference I find is if I phone my electrician at 4:45 pm on a wednesday and say I need him to come down and give me a few days or work asap.... he leaves your job and comes.

@mhp_guy Cost plus 20% is WILD . With friends like that who needs enemies? Playing devils advocate as licensed builder, the contractor usually has subs he trusts who do solid work and will come through on time for them. In my area, all the decent companies have very similar rates.

@kevinolearytv Canada is a country of raw materials. We have vast abundant raw materials of every sort,size, colour, property. With only 41 million people, we dont have the populace or training to process these all into goods. It makes much more sense to make trade deals for raw materials

@RosieRocks29 Im in BC, owning a property to put the "affordable housing" precludes you from any funding or grants... so its going to be premanufactured housing to rent in a trailer park like setting.... or more multi unit apartments.

@RosieRocks29 Builder here. They aren't trying to build homes in the way that you are thinking. No single family house on a 1/4 acre lot. All the funding is for multi unit residential, and premanufactured housing to place into tightly packed areas (think trailer park).
