Yesterday your customer support said the same thing.

Now I have requested the person to cancel the order and provide me a refund. He ended the chat and left.

@amazonIN I ordered a product and waited for 10 days. It was supposed to be delivered by 18th Aug, but still not delivered. If a ask a customer support person, they are simply asking me to wait for 24 hours or to get a refund.

Is it a clear deficiency of service?
