I've coached over 30 Olympic gold medals.
I've worked with some of the greatest athletes in history.
Here are the lessons I wish more people understood:🧵
How can you NOT believe in God when octopuses dream and otters have a favorite rock they carry around in a little skin pocket and cows have best friends and bees are out there communicating the coordinates of flowers through dancing and they have regional dialects?
Cats are purring at frequencies associated with bone healing? Forests get absolutely incinerated and respond by growing flowers? Dolphins literally invent names for themselves and yell them across the ocean? Penguins are waddling around Antarctica looking for the perfect rock to give their partner?
CROWS REMEMBER YOUR FACE. THEY TELL OTHER CROWS ABOUT YOU. THEY TELL THEIR CHILDREN ABOUT YOU. YOU CAN HAVE GENERATIONAL BEEF WITH A BIRD. I NEED YOU TO UNDERSTAND THE SIGNIFICANCE OF THIS.
Goats have accents. Rats laugh when you tickle them. Elephants mourn their dead. Whales make songs and then OTHER WHALES LEARN THE SONG and suddenly everybody across the ocean is singing the new song.
Monarch butterflies are born knowing how to fly thousands of miles to a place they have never been.
Sea turtles hatch out of an egg, immediately sprint toward an ocean that they have never seen, disappear into it for like 3 decades and then somehow come back to the same beach they hatched on.
Birds can see colors that we humans can’t see. There are colors out there right now that we don’t even get to know about.
There are sea slugs that eat algae and use the chloroplast/chlorophyll and then are just like…photosynthesizing. And they’re super adorable.
There are mushrooms communicating underground. There are seeds sitting in the dirt for decades like “no actually I will wait. It’s fine.”
Squirrels plant trees because they forget where they put their snacks. Relatable.
A CATERPILLAR GOES INTO A LITTLE BAG THAT IT CREATES ITSELF AND DISSOLVES MOST OF ITS BODY INTO ORGANIC GOO AND REARRANGES ITSELF, GROWS WINGS AND THEN LEAVES. WHY IS THIS NOT MORE BEAUTIFULLY TERRIFYING TO PEOPLE??
And you’re telling me a tiny acorn knows how to become a huge tree? It just has a blueprint inside itself?
Your body started as ONE CELL.
ONE.
And that cell divided itself into a brain that can think about its own existence and eyes that can look at stars and hands that can hold somebody else’s hands and a heart that runs on electricity without you even asking it to?
The iron in our blood was made inside a star??
We are walking around on a wet rock covered in bioluminescent oceans and singing whales and laughing rats and birds holding lifelong grudges and flowers exploding out of fire and somehow we’re supposed to act like this is a normal place to live?
We’re supposed to act like this is all just a random, accidental sequence of events?
Stop making the same content everyone else is making.
Your real strength is the reason customers keep coming back.
Create content around that, not around what competitors are posting.
Easy, Saurav. Perhaps start with your own identity before offering lessons to the Republic. Governments are elected at the ballot box, not on the streets. The next general election will decide who governs this country and not street violence, intimidation, or the chaos you and your minions have orchestrated. Also Saurav, if you do plan to contest in the elections, just make sure you’ve sorted out the ‘father’s name’ column by then.
Which profession is hardest for a foreign-trained professional to enter and practice in the West?
Answer: Medicine. Why? Common sense. You simply can't entrust the lives and health of your citizens to someone whose training and competence haven't been thoroughly tested. That's why the West has a rigorous, multi-stage licensing process, followed by demanding residency requirements before a foreign-trained doctor can practice independently.
Compare that to India. We have people scoring minus 40 marks who should ideally be banned from ever appearing for medical entrance exams, yet are currently becoming doctors. A profession that deals with life and death, have lowest margin of error, and therefore should demand the highest level of competency, has become one of the biggest laboratories for affirmative action. Really sad state of affairs.
Apart from the usual tactics of divide and rule, deliberate starvation, oppression and violence, the British Raj had one more tool to control the Indian population.
They called it the Majesty of Governance.
The objective of this was very simple. Make the Government look like an entity from outer space, a divine phenomenon. Make it as unattainable and unreachable as possible. Make getting into it an impregnable fortress, make the inside operations as opaque as possible and mask it all with grand pageantry and intimidating displays of power.
They realized that once you reached this point, the common people, instead of asking questions and holding you accountable, they will gleefully accept whatever little scraps you throw at them.
That's why you had these grand colonial offices. Your white ICS bureaucrat was a symbol of extreme and almost unlimited power. Wherever they went, they had 10 people before them and a 100 after them. Whole towns were bought to a standstill, so that they could admire the gora sahab travelling in their carriages, looking down on people.
The police heads, also mostly imported from Britain in those times, again had unlimited power with zero consequence.
They could take anyone, kill anyone and nobody could question them.
People could not meet them. They had to go thru layers of lackeys and attendants, before the Sahab would give you 30 seconds of his precious time to listen to you. And then reject you.
Their offices were grandiose, far better looking than what anyone else had seen before. Their seats were literally on a pedestal so that you know the power differential as soon as you walk into their office. Tea was served in fine cutlery, by uniformed attendants wearing gloves, which made you think that you were in the presence of actual royalty.
This was way beyond what the common people had ever seen or experienced.
Basically the entire system from start to end, was designed to intimidate people into submission.
And it worked. The British ruled for more than a 100 years in relative peace and stability, barring that one 1857 explosion.
Now, for a colonial system it was ok. As an imperialist, when your only goal was to exploit and extract, such systems help you do that effectively.
But now we are a democracy. So do we really need the "Majesty of Governance" anymore?
Is it time we relook at the system, the privileges it gives our "rulers", the special positions and dispensations they get, the spending that we do for their convoys, their attendants, their servants, their fuel, tolls and general majesty, given the fact that Majesty is inversely proportional to Governance.
@Psychodoctor06 I think parents wants them to learn without burning their hands. They think that the punishment is less harmful than burning their hands.
@TommyVerce41014@India_Progress We are talking about ideological shift, it takes years minimum 10 years and for that reason you need a deep deep deep pocket.
Anyways it’s just a Shekhchilli’ khwab..
Have a good day!
There is a zen saying "Master appears when disciple is ready", but today I have realised it is profoundly reverse and true "Master will be ready when disciple appears!"
B2B businesses often assume that they have a "bad offer" problem, when in reality they have a "nobody knows you or your offer exist" problem.
A lot of B2B SaaS operators are going to look back in 2026 and realize they messed up bad in 2025.
Why?
Because they ignored the highest-intent discovery channels on the internet during the easiest period in history to gain visibility.
The best way to do boost your sales right now?
Google and Bing (traditional search)
ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude (AI search)
If you are not visible in all of these places, you barely matter right now and you will not matter at all by mid to late 2026.
Let me show you how to nail both traditional and AI search without hiring expensive outside help.
But before we dive in…

Now let’s get into it.
Let's start with contextual authority.
In 2025, authority is not just DR.
It is the context of who links to you and whether those sources already appear in AI results.
Google still uses backlinks for ranking.
ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity use PR backlinks and branded mentions as signals of real-world trust and risk-free citation.
Strong PR backlinks now equal:
Higher Google rankings
Higher entity trust in ChatGPT and Claude
More citations in Gemini and Perplexity answers
Authority plays that work today:
Guest posts in SaaS newsletters and industry blogs
Benchmark reports or usage studies
Inclusion in “Top Tools for X” lists with structured markup
Podcast and media interviews with links to your brand facts page
Shortcut option:
SEO Stuff’s Gold Plan gives you 3 DR50 plus backlinks from sites already cited inside AI results, along with 10 optimized longform articles designed for AI and Google visibility.
Next, use a modern keyword and intent strategy.
Stop chasing broad junk terms like “CRM software”.
Modern keyword targeting =
CPC above 8 dollars
Volume between 100 and 1,000 searches per month
Keyword difficulty under 30
Clear commercial phrasing
Examples converting well right now:
“Usage based billing SaaS tools”
“Customer onboarding software for healthcare”
“Best analytics software for B2B sales teams”
“Best workflow automation tools for finance teams”
“AI powered QA testing software for SaaS companies”
“Security compliance software for SOC 2 and HIPAA”
“Revenue forecasting software for B2B SaaS”
“Onboarding automation software for legal firms”
“Customer feedback tools for enterprise product teams”
“API analytics tools for developer-first SaaS”
“Knowledge base software for IT service teams”
“AI customer support tools for mid-market SaaS”
“AI sales outreach platforms for B2B teams”
“LLM-integrated documentation tools”
“AI transcription software for remote teams”
These keywords appear across Google SERPs and Google AI Overviews, which means they influence what ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity recommend.
Now let's talk mapping your keyword funnel the way LLMs map intent.
AI systems cluster queries by intent, not just keywords.
Your content must match the structure of user prompts.
TOFU (educational)
“What is API first SaaS architecture”
MOFU (solution aware)
“Best email marketing tools with HubSpot integration”
BOFU (purchase ready)
“Your SaaS vs Competitor”
Interlink these pages so Google and AI engines see a complete topical map.
This improves both traditional ranking and AI citation probability.
Also, you need to use case pages that convert and get cited.
Use case pages are some of the strongest AI citation assets in B2B SaaS because they match natural language prompts.
Examples:
“Contract automation for HR teams”
“Email drip sequences for SaaS onboarding”
“Analytics dashboards for sales managers”
Each page must include:
Outcome-driven headline
Customer pain points
Screenshots, GIFs, or short demos
A testimonial box
A simple CTA
ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity cite these pages directly when answering contextual business questions.
Next, make sure you publish content that AI systems can easily ingest.
AI search now rewards structured, skimmable, high-detail content.
Ideal format for right now:
2,000 to 3,000 words
TLDR or key takeaways at the top
H2s that mirror prompt phrasing
Frameworks and workflows
Screenshots of features
Outbound links to credible sources
SEO Stuff’s Premium Content Bundle delivers 60 longform articles built exactly for AI ingestion patterns.
Remember, comparison pages are still your highest ROI content.
BOFU pages convert and get cited more than anything else.
Queries like:
“Your SaaS vs Competitor”
“Best alternatives to Legacy Tool”
Winning format:
Quick verdict section at the top
Visual comparison table
Screenshots
Testimonials from switchers
Balanced pros and cons
FAQ plus methodology section
Clear CTA
ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Claude all pull structured detail from these pages.
Schema and brand facts matter more than ever
Schema is critical for both Google and AI search, especially now that ChatGPT and Gemini rely on structured markup to interpret pages.
Required schema for B2B SaaS:
SoftwareApplication
Product
FAQPage
Breadcrumb
And make sure you build an AI optimized Answer Hub.
A single longform “Best Tools in Category” guide can generate dozens of AI citations.
Include:
A 60 to 90 word TLDR
ItemList schema
Specs table
FAQ section
Trusted outbound links
Clear CTA
Refresh the content quarterly to keep AI systems confident in citing it.
Also, do not skip video.
YouTube transcripts are heavily weighted in Gemini and ChatGPT Browse because they provide first-party context.
Create:
Feature explainers
Use case walkthroughs
Customer stories
Embed these videos across your top pages to increase dwell time and strengthen AI trust.
Retargeting ties the whole system together
B2B SaaS buyers rarely convert on the first touch.
Retarget users who viewed:
Pricing pages
Use case pages
Comparison posts
Serve:
Case study snippets
ROI calculators
Free trial offers
Multi-touch reinforcement strengthens both conversion rates and branded search volume, and branded search is one of the biggest AI visibility signals in 2025.
Search in 2025 is two ecosystems:
Google for keyword-driven discovery.
AI search for recommendation-driven visibility.
If you rank in both, you own the buyer journey.
If you do not, you will regret it in 2027.
Want it done for you while you focus on product?
SEO Stuff Gold Plan is the complete 2025 SEO plus AI system.
