@ACCA_UK my exam this morning did not load, the system crashed, invigilator didn’t bother to contact me. Calling ACCA were useless. Being told to withdraw for an issue that wasn’t my fault. Who can I reach out too?
@ACCA_UK Experienced the worst service from @ACCA_UK yesterday and as a result wasn’t able to sit my exam and was told to wait until March thanks to their issues. Shocking that you do nothing to help your students and fob us off so easily
@ACCA_UK Hi Anum. I have had no luck getting the answers I wanted in regards to my exam today. I have been on hold for almost 3 hours in total throughout the day. It’s ridiculous. I shouldn’t haven’t to wait until March to sit my exams. Can you please advise

@EliotJw @ACCA_UK That is a joke!!! Seems to be issues every sitting lately. I for one have lost promotions due to exam delays/cancellation. It’s really demotivating and makes me question continuing with ACCA and switching to another!!
Just to confirm your tech issues caused me to fail in September and now my hard work down the drain a second time due to your issues. It’s really unacceptable. I will never get this time back or annual leave I’ve wasted now
