@bjmcgregor We trust our classic, fast, cheap and tangible post-it notes and paper approach. That allows everyone to contribute with an equal voice, iterate quickly and get on the same page, before we move everything into calendars.
@Hyken Customer service only gets you so far. Customer Focus, on the other hand; where the customer is integrated in every single thing the business does and how - gets you all the way.
@rabiasquared Yes but you pay more in car insurance for additional countries (plus depends on countries). Drive! It’s the perfect continent for it and gives you the ultimate freedom:)
@EntoLudwick Knowledge, awareness, motivation, sticks and/or carrots do NOT change behavior. Valuing the new behavior over the current one AND choosing to act until it becomes a new habit is the only way people to change. #MyOneScienceTweet#CustomerFocus
'Human error' is not the cause of anything, it is a consequence of badly designed and poorly functioning systems. When planes, trains, trams etc crash, it is never the fault of one person, there is always a web of interacting contributory factors #myonesciencetweet#humanfactors
@The_Grocery_Dr @laurengolman9 @QUT_AMPR @QUTmedia @QUT@QUTBusiness@LouiseGrimmer Don't assume that it is speed that drives customers, or even convenience alone. One size does not fit all - each segment has their own expectations and needs from a shopping experience. This is why we do customer research! those who listen + respond win the war.
Why invest in Customer Focus, not just Customer Service? Ordered '2 fried eggs w nothing else' explaining my food intolerance diet. C.S: make it look sexy, free items, pepper, garnish = I couldn't eat it. C.F: LISTEN, ask,'Anything else we can do?' I'd only return for the latter.
Was anyone else expecting that #Monday feeling, only to be pleasantly surprised? In my case by a pigeon catching an escalator in the food court #RomaStreetStation
@Hyken Good points - but also recognise privilege. All people should feel entitled to basic rights and resources, it's harder not to be jealous when the most fundamental parts of life are taken away from you or out of reach.
@qldhealthnews@BOM_Qld I've heard that more people end up in hospital from OVERhydration than dehydration after a marathon, the rate at which you drink is critical. Can you add a note to the infographic? chugging is detrimental (kidney stress, blood dilution). encourage consistent intake throughout day
Virtual living.. now you don't have to depend on your parents to show you around, as they keep thinking the laptop camera is where the sound comes from.. https://t.co/ZZQdgYDxEk
“Human Uber,” developed in Japan, provides a way to attend events remotely using another person’s body. “It’s surprisingly natural” says its inventor, Jin Rekimoto of Sony #emtechasia
Wasted time is in the eye of the beholder - one great way to mitigate the feeling of wasted time for patients is by being more 'human' with us. Reduce uncertainty, increasing transparency, honesty and communication. https://t.co/IbrrS6YxKk
