Recently had a horrible experience with @VietjetIndia airlines while travelling to Vietnam.

Our flights were originally departing on 22 December 12:40 AM. However, a day prior to that, we received a notification from @makemytrip rescheduling flights (1/n)

@VietjetIndia @India_in_ICAO I booked a round trip flight ticket from Indian to Vietnam. First flight from Mumbai on 22 Dec 24 and return from Hanoi on 30 Dec 24.

First flight was re-scheduled to 29 Dec i.e 7 days delay. If I cancel my ticket, can I get 100% refund in my card?

@VietjetIndia We booked a flight from Mumbai to Ho Chi Min for 22nd of December & it was rescheduled to 7 days later to 29th of December. My friends and I booked the round trip and our return is from 30th December from Hanoi.

My entire trip, all connecting flights and hotel bookings have been affected. A reschedule is understandable if it for a few hours or a day or two. A seven day is not a reschedule but a bloody delay and as a consumer I need to be compensated throughly.
