Air india flight to vishakhapatnam AI 451 from Delhi at 3.00 pm landed at Lucknow at 4.30 pm due to technical glitch. We are still at Lucknow airport at 10.45 pm . No support from anyone. No food, nothing for travellers.

But around 10.40 pm they deboaded us again citing that they do not have permission to depart. there was around 170 passengers in the plane. Very bed service by Air India team. Concern authority should see it.

They deboaded us from plane and said engineer from Delhi will inspect and give clearance and around 9 pm, plane will depart to Vizag. But that did not happened. Again around 10 pm they took us to a plane which come from Delhi. They boarded us from
the plane again.

What a pathetic services of Air India. Today we boarded AI 451 from Delhi to Vishakhapatnam at 2.35 pm, they eventually take off from Delhi at 3 pm but due to technical snags they landed us at Lucknow at 4.30 pm. There was no body who can take care and give proper information.
