I have raised this request on 5th May 2025.

This request is resolved by SCB with account no ending with 8210 and you confirmed that my account Written Of Amount(Total) updated to 0 but still I am seeing 82354 rs won't written of Amount (Total) field.

Your all SLAs are failing. If issues like this can't be escalated and resolved immediately which are pending for long time with high severity of impact ,which will cause 1/2

It seems you don't have value of commitments and consumer relation.
I will take this matter to extreme level and if due to this reason a financial loss happened to me you have to pay for this
