I again did the same process. I sent the mandate request again but this time using gpay and paid using my SBI account. This time the moment payment was deducted the account got activated. I waited a lot for my previous money to be reimbursed but alas.

This month when I paid for my Netflix account. I received the notification to start the UPI mandate as usual.
I accepted it using phone pay and paid by my HDFC account.
Even after the payment was made my account was not activated. ���

It showed that the UPI request was not accepted.
I thought that it might be possible for the transaction to take time to reflect.
I waited either for a refund or the netflix to get activated.
But none of the two happened.

Hello lenskart team. I ordered a pair of glasses from lenskart on 15th November and I received them on 16th of november safely (that's great). The order was COD so I paid the delivery man and received the order. Now when I tried the glasses, They were not perfect.

The colour was not suiting me and the size was also not good. So I decided to return the glasses as per the return policy. BUT when I opened the app for returning the product the app shows the product is still IN TRANSIT. How am I supposed to return it now?

Then when I talked with customer care, they said that we are the ones trying to return the wrong item, instead of accepting their fault 😡.
We are frustrated right now, first of all the delivery guy stole the product and then you guys blame us for cheating.
This is not done.

I got the wrong product, I immediately filed for return in the category of the wrong product delivered, then when the guy came to pick it up said that you can't return this as this was not the product which was delivered.
But that's the whole reason to return the product.
