4th एवेन्यू में पानी की भारी समस्या। 5 एवेन्यू की एस्टेट मेंटेनेंस टीम, जो पहले GC4 की मेंटेनेंस देखती थी, अब बदले की भावना से 4 एवेन्यू की पानी की सप्लाई रोक रही है।हालात इतने बिगड़ चुके हैं कि GC4 को टैंकर खरीदने पड़ रहे हैं। न गौर बिल्डर , न प्रशासन जाग रहा है।
