Customer care number is not workingI am confused where should I complaint now. I have raised a complaint (Call ID NP2605293863)which got cancelled without solving it. Don’t know why. Again I raised the complaint now Call ID NP2606021041 thru WhatsApp.

@CaresOrient Hello Team, still I didn't get any resolution. At that time they asked to put the tag on the product. But it's been long time nor get my jars back neither someone came to put tag.

@orient_electric It’s been around 25 days,I’ve raised complain for mixer grinder and my complain number is C22102600457. Service center's eng. has took the jars for repairing to his place. But now they have cancelled the complaint and not answering the call. Worst service
