BREAKING: President Biden scores a huge surprise win as the Supreme Court rules in favor of his administration's rules that cut methane and mercury emissions fueling climate change.

MAGA is raging about this one...

While the court didn't uphold the environmental regulations outright, it ruled that the admin is allowed to enforce them while underlying legal challenges are decided — which could take years.

Republicans in some two dozen states implored the Supreme Court to block the EPA's methane rule (a wholly unsurprising move given the fact that MAGA is owned by the fossil fuel companies).

The EPA has estimated that the rule will cut methane emissions from oil and gas by close to 80% through 2038, a huge win for the planet and the future generations who will inhabit it.

The mercury rule requires some coal-fired plants to lower now only mercury emissions, but others such as arsenic and chromium.

Meanwhile, Donald Trump insists that climate change is a “hoax” and will continue shoveling money to corporations while the world burns.
