Medicare for All touted by Sanders will cost taxpayers too much, be opposed by Congress and insurance companies and its existing version has to be supplemented (& this costs money) by additional insurance policies for Hospital and medicine coverage.

Income tax would go up to 40-45% for middle class
Tax would go higher for top bracket -if like Germany and France to 52% or more
Quality of Medicare would go down due to money shortages.
