Fantastic to see this hopeful change. It would have undoubtedly helped me age 15 when my dad died, if we all learnt and spoke about grief at school (including the teachers). Fingers crossed it makes it into the final curriculum.

@FirstBSA Hello, same bus and same time, didn’t show up again? It’s not delayed I can see what buses are on route. Please let me know why often this particular bus is not running? And why the buses from southmead hospital to north Bristol are so poor? Please it’s so tiring :(

@FirstBSA Southmead Hospital - Bradley Stoke via car takes roughly 20 mins. By bus it takes 20 mins just to walk to the nearest bus stop & nearly an hour on the bus. That bus runs twice an hour. It’s 2 degrees outside. Why has the 5:30 bus not turned up? Will the next one arrive?

@FirstBSA The service did not show up at all, I don’t think the peak time travel congestion was the reason? All the other services turned up on time in that area, this one just never showed? Why was this one specifically pulled, which has happened on several occasions?

I was also 10 mins early for this bus. It was not early - but also if it was it should wait and go per the timetable? Let’s make buses accessible!
