@mariathies12 Clarification- Catholicism, Protestant & other faiths demand that THEIR religion follows their rules and beliefs. Islam mandates that ALL follow sharia law, regardless of their faith. There also needs to be distinction between civil and religious law. Sharia doesn't distinguish.

@mattvanswol Happened to my husband's uncle in TN. His cousins are currently fighting a court battle. They do not anticipate winning or getting any of their parents assets back but hopefully will bring the "care givers" who were supposedly affiliated with a church, brought to light.
