@virginmedia The box for the tv. I have moved my tv to another room. I did manage to get through but I am still v disappointed with the service.

@virginmedia all I have requested is for my Virgin box to be moved from one place in the house to another. I have been passed to the house moving department, cancellations, technical team and now God knows who I am on hold to. The service has been awful.

@virginmedia hi I have been on the phone for a total of 1hr 30 mins trying to get my problem fixed and have been passed to 3 different departments and now currently on hold to a 4th. This is after 2 advisors have said they would call back and failed to do so. Please help!!!
