Throughout history, there have been many masterpieces that have had dramatic impacts on society and culture. In our studies, we have learned about different pieces of art, as well as stylistic changes that have influenced the course of both Greek and Roman art.

However, this gives only a limited understanding of the sculpture. By attempting a variation on the Aphrodite I was able to notice the intricacies of the movement in her body, as well as the difficulty of creating such exact details.
