hiya. I'm am booked on 17:48 ex Scarborough which is scheduled to depart late, missing the connection at York for the 18:57. I need to get this to get home to Glasgow tonight. Can this service be held? Or how should I travel onwards from York to Glasgow?

@yorkbus Can I give a shout to driver of Coastliner from Scarborough Station at 0910 on Mon 2nd Oct (think route started at 0900, they changed at Malton). Driver was incredibly friendly, kind, helpful to everyone getting on, helping with bags and route plans, just lovely guy!
@ScotCitylink hi folks, was on the delayed 1515 Glasgow to Edinburgh Airport bus yesterday, due in at 1613, actually arrived 1806. He driver said there was an email to send receipts to for reimbursement - can you tell me what that email is please?
@WestMidRailway If I put in two separate claims I’m anticipating problems because 1. It will say my connection wasn’t late (I just couldn’t get on because of my delay) 2. Connection was on to another company so it will say this isn’t its problem
@WestMidRailway hi folks, I’m trying to submit a Delay Repay claim, due to delays I missed my connection and arrived 107 mins late at destination- I was on a split ticket and can’t find a way to submit both tickets. Any hints? Do I put 8n 2 separate claims?
@WestMidRailway I’ve put the two tickets together in one image, the other problem is it will not let me enter two Unique Ticket References so is only acknowledging half the journey price

@AvantiWestCoast Hiya, I'm on the delayed 2041 from Preston to Glasgow. I was gonna take the subway home on arrival but late running means it'll most likely be midnight by time we get in. Any chance of a taxi to help me get home?
@AvantiWestCoast I believe they are, rightly so, going to be quite swamped with the people that will have missed last train to Edinburgh- I'd rather not add to their stress if you're able to help me
