@Pod_Point my EV failed to charge again last night. This happens regularly. It is a complete lottery whether the scheduled charge works or not. Your out of hours service reset it remotely (thanks!) but no explanation about why it keeps breaking and no further investigation.
@bookingcom Thanks. The link doesn’t work - just goes back to the same online form. I called but result not helpful. Payment is pending. May take 48 hours to go through. Might bounce back. Might be booked. No way of knowing or cancelling.

@Econoloft you did our conversion in 2017 with a 10 year flat roof guarantee. We let you know on 6 November 2023 it is leaking. You still haven’t got a date booked in for a repair #loftconversions

@ocado you have accidentally cancelled my Father in law’s smart pass without him asking you to do so! He can’t re-register to get any deliveries. He is 75, disabled and housebound. Customer services ref 27148213 please fix this.
