@ryancbriggs Try Feel better in 5 by @drchatterjeeuk
It’s a great book, offering a selection of 5 min long tasks which you can do at home with no equipment. It’s a start and you might get more motivated once you get this going!
The day has come, I got my funny, floppy PhD hat and wrapped up my four years in York. I couldn’t be more grateful to @WRoCAH, the members of @YorkMusicPsych, and @UniOfYork for the support. It’s been a wonderful time. ❤️
In line with my previous work, I wrote about treating Musician's Focal Dystonia in a holistic and trauma-informed way; it needs to be a collaborative work between neurologists, somatic practitioners, physiotherapists, and music educators. #musiciansdystonia
I just got the perfect early birthday gift! The 6th publication written during my PhD at the @UniOfYork appeared today - just a week before my graduation! Thanks for the support

Goran Folkestad at #Sempre50 makes an intriguing observation about the changing path of musical learning. Do children now more create first and play instruments later?
I’m fundraising for Macmillan Cancer Support by walking a marathon in two weeks and I still haven’t reached my fundraising goal! Every little helps, so please check out my @JustGiving page and donate if you can. Thank you! #JustGiving https://t.co/fNsBDi3Awa

I’ve done the deed. Submitted my doctoral thesis today on Musician’s Focal Dystonia, the result of a 12 year long journey starting from being a sufferer with no clue about what was happening to me to writing over 300 pages about it. I’m off to celebrate now. @WRoCAH@UniOfYork
