Now Uber is refusing to refund me for the second trip, even though they promised to get me home safely. Does @Uber_Support not care about the safety of female passengers—especially after an accident?

This is unacceptable. I expect a full refund and accountability.

Last night my @Uber was involved in a serious crash. Police were called. I had chest pain, and this morning woke up with further neck and chest pain. Uber offered to refund the trip and send another car to take me home—but that car never arrived. ⬇️

I stood on a main road at 10:30pm, freezing, injured, and vulnerable. Everyone else had left. The police waited with me because they were concerned for my safety—but they eventually had to go. After over an hour, I was forced to call another Uber at my own expense - no choice.
