Did you know the NHS has done a survey on usability of electronic records? Here’s some interesting findings and implications for digital health & care.

Importantly reliability & responsivity drives frustration in staff. These also impact patient safety.

Not the supplier. So sharing the data by trust or supplier I don’t think helps. Happy to talk through if it would help.
