@DukeEnergy on 4/2/2018 I made a payment of $68 through my bank, just as I have before and since this payment. To date Duke Energy has not credited me for my payment eventhough I have provided them all of the proof the bank has given me. Perhaps social media will change results!

@NCHouseSpeaker In 2014 NC, realized new teachers wanted work in a state with better pay, so the big $10,000 raise went to increase starting salaries as a recruiting effort. They then offset that "expense" by flat-lining teachers that had 15+ years of experience hoping they'd stay 4 retirement
