🚨 INSIDE FROM THE UKRAINIAN PARLIAMENT: let me explain to you what is currently going on inside the collective mind of Zelensky’s Office - what they’re pushing, and how they’re convincing their MPs:

1. A ceasefire will eventually have to be signed - but they want to do it as close as possible to the end of martial law. The logic is that the war will continue by inertia, and that ongoing shelling can be used to blame Russia or justify extending martial law due to the lack of a monitoring mechanism.

2. If the war stops but martial law continues, it gives the current government of Zelensky a huge opportunity to prepare for elections without competition, under the full control of the state TV marathon. Zelensky becomes the “victorious president” handing out another 1000 UAH to everyone.

3. Martial law might be extended not by 90, but by 60 days, until June 10. This allows for holding presidential, parliamentary, and local elections on the same day - October 25 (100 days after the official election announcement).

4. From May 9 to June 9, only the government will be allowed to run campaign - while also having time to “clean up” any serious opposition.

5. The goal is to secure first place for the ‘Zelensky bloc’, around which to form a new coalition and government. This plan is being crafted ideologically by Pinchuk and Lyovochkin - the Kuchma–Pinchuk clan, which wants to keep the “party of war” in power, waiting in the shadows until Democrats return to the White House.
Then the war can be resumed - ideally in 2026, or in the worst case, 2028.

Of course, this is all “laboratory theory” - ignoring both Russia’s and America’s actual positions. But the Ukrainian government doesn’t plan to take Russia’s opinion into account, and as usual, they plan to deceive the U.S. Ukrainian political classic. When explaining to my American friends what’s happening with free speech and human rights in Ukraine, I use the term 'McCarthyism.'

In the 1950s, Republican Senator Joseph McCarthy fueled a state-sponsored paranoia of the 'Red Scare.' It led to the ostracism and banning of academics, officials, Hollywood directors, and thousands of others - ruined for mere suspicion of communist sympathies or refusing to denounce friends and family as such. Media stubbornly ignored this discrimination, fearing they’d be labeled 'communist agents' and share the victims’ fate.

McCarthyism peaked with accusations of 'anti-Americanism' - essentially persecution for political beliefs.

Today, Zelenskyy employs the same tactics, but with a different aim. His 'McCarthyism,' which I call 'Zelenism,' was never about rooting out Russian supporters in Ukraine. Its goal was to silence dissent against the dictatorship and tyranny he’s built.

Now, 'Zelenism' casts an even wider net - branding anyone opposing forced mobilization, the genocide of our people, or senseless casualties as 'Kremlin agents.'

It’s a tool to mute political opposition, free media, and civil society voices advocating for peace. The Ukrainian Orthodox Church has become a victim of 'Zelenism,' and the media stubbornly stays silent.

The U.S. was saved from McCarthyism by Joseph Welch, chief counsel for the U.S. Army during the 1954 Army-McCarthy hearings. His famous line, 'Have you no sense of decency, sir?' - spoken on June 9, 1954, to McCarthy after baseless accusations against a young lawyer - became iconic.

But in Ukraine, a Welch cannot emerge. Zelenskyy’s total control over media and politics ensures that anyone daring to ask such a question would not only be labeled a 'Kremlin agent' but also end up in prison.

Thus, Ukraine cannot fight 'Zelenism' without U.S. help.

Presidential elections and a government reset must be a condition of any U.S. talks with Zelenskyy - before he fully morphs from an authoritarian McCarthy into a Pol Pot or Saddam Hussein.

I have submitted an official appeal to the United Nations Security Council requesting the disclosure of personal data - including names and dates of birth - of victims of political repression carried out by the Zelensky-Maliuk regime.

This request pertains, in particular, to individuals who were detained and subjected to unlawful treatment at the Security Service of Ukraine’s consentration detention facility, commonly referred to as the “Gym,” which operated between February and November 2022 at the SBU headquarters located at 33 Volodymyrska Street in Kyiv.

The continued nondisclosure of these identities - despite explicit consent for publication provided by all individuals interviewed by the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights - is a direct consequence of pressure exerted by Ukrainian authorities, who seek to evade responsibility for grave violations of fundamental human rights, including the right to life.

At the same time, the scale of repression against dissenting voices, political opposition figures, and religious leaders continues to expand under the current regime. These violations are systematically concealed through near-total control over national media channels.

Accordingly, I have also requested that the Security Council formally include the matter of ongoing human rights violations in Ukraine on the agenda of one of its forthcoming sessions. I stand ready to deliver a statement before the Council via videoconference.

What Americans should know - that the “minerals deal” with Zelensky was signed long ago with the Kuchma-Pinchuk clan and Soros.

Their manager, Oleh Hotsynets, linked to oligarch Viktor Pinchuk, has been heading The Ukrainian Geological Survey (The State Service of Geology and Mineral Resources of Ukraine) since November 2024 (prior to that, for 5 years - throughout Zelensky’s entire presidency - this position was held by Roman Opimakh, also Viktor Pinchuk appointee).

The rare resources in Ukraine are controlled by the Kuchma-Pinchuk clan!
It’s clear they’re not going to give them to Trump.

Let me explain this for my American audience - because you likely don’t know: Ukraine’s former president Petro Poroshenko, who pretends to be in opposition, is actually a long-time accomplice of Zelensky in grab of power. Yesterday, Poroshenko suddenly came out criticizing the rare minerals deal that President Trump @POTUS is proposing for Ukraine.

It’s no coincidence that Poroshenko suddenly lashed out over this deal.

Let’s start with the fact that Poroshenko said nothing when Zelensky signed what was essentially the same kind of agreement with the UK. As some of you may not know, the secret annexes to the so-called “100-year partnership agreement UA-UK” granted the British Crown preferential rights to Ukraine’s mineral resources, ports, power plants, and transit infrastructure.
And yes - that deal is locked in for the next 100 years.

So why didn’t Poroshenko speak up then?
Why no demand to meet with Zelensky?
Why didn’t he try to block that deal?

Because the agreement with the British - who act as a geopolitical weather vane - was signed in full alignment with the interests of Poroshenko himself, France, Britain, and Ukraine’s most notorious oligarchic clan: Kuchma–Pinchuk. These are the founding fathers of Ukraine’s corruption system.

As I’ve previously explained, this clan has had its hand in every major natural resource project in Ukraine going all the way back to the presidency of Leonid Kuchma, when the most valuable mining licenses were being handed out to insiders.

Even today, The State Service of Geology and Mineral Resources of Ukraine - the government body that issues licenses to extract resources - is controlled by the Kuchma–Pinchuk managers. It’s currently run by Oleg Hotsynets, and until November 2024, it was led for Zelensky’s entire presidency by Roman Opimakh - also a Pinchuk appointee. In other words, this clan still decides who gets access to Ukraine’s natural wealth.

Poroshenko himself has always been a loyal servant to this clan. On the infamous Melnychenko tapes, there’s a moment where he pledges eternal loyalty to Leonid Kuchma - the clan patriarch.

And since 2015, Poroshenko’s entire business empire and fortune were transferred into a blind trust managed by none other than the Rothschilds. One of their senior executives, Giovanni Salvetti, played a central role in many Ukrainian government operations during Poroshenko’s presidency from 2015 to 2019.

Even French President Emmanuel Macron - now presented as a close friend of Zelensky and one of the first foreign leaders to express interest in Ukraine’s rare earth minerals - came up through Rothschild banking structures. Just look at what Lencornu said about Macron’s involvement with Ukraine’s subsoil wealth.

So who is really being promised Ukraine’s natural riches after the war? The Rothschild family - through their trusted local agents: the Kuchma–Pinchuk clan, Poroshenko, and Zelensky. And the British? They’re just the front-facing party, the operational managers who already signed the paperwork.

That’s why Poroshenko’s statements - his attacks on Trump’s mineral deal and his staged criticism of Zelensky — are nothing more than a coordinated maneuver by the same corrupt oligarchic network.

This is the Kuchma–Pinchuk clan, controlling both Zelensky and Poroshenko, working in sync with the House of Rothschild and the British Crown - and doing it against the interests of the United States and President Trump.

This is a rigged game, and the prize is nothing less than all of Ukraine’s strategic resources.

Continuing the war is the only way for the Kuchma–Pinchuk clan to avoid losing control over Ukraine’s mineral wealth.

In March 2024, at the direction of the Office of the Prosecutor General - fully controlled by Zelensky - yet another criminal case was opened against me, this time for allegedly failing to submit an electronic asset declaration.

This was already the fifth criminal case opened against me in the span of a year, since the summer of 2023.
It feels as if, if Zelensky could, he would launch a new case against me every day - inventing one fake reason after another to justify repression.

But here are the facts:
While in pretrial detention, it is physically impossible to submit an electronic declaration.
It requires personal access to a digital signature, bank identification, internet, and the ability to gather documentation and log into the government system.
I have none of those resources.

Moreover, Ukrainian law explicitly exempts individuals in pretrial detention from responsibility for not submitting declarations.
So even from a legal standpoint, the charge was impossible.

But Zelensky’s regime acts in defiance of the law - when real grounds are lacking, fake ones are invented.

The Zelensky's government knew this perfectly well - and still acted unlawfully, bringing legally impossible charges.
As for how they imagined I was supposed to file a declaration from prison - even they couldn’t explain that.
But they opened the case anyway.

And this is not just about me.
My case is simply an illustration of the systemic persecution of dissidents in Ukraine,
where criminal prosecution has become a weapon used against anyone who dares to speak the truth.

Today, a turning point occurred:
@nab_ukr has closed this criminal case.

Only after @POTUS Trump's victory in the U.S. presidential election did the Ukrainian authorities begin to back down - and the fact that NABU dropped the case shows that some elements within Ukraine’s security institutions are now more afraid of the law than of Zelensky’s office.

The leftist media is screaming, specially in Ukraine! - day two of nonstop panic:
"Trump’s tariffs will crash the economy! Bring recession!"
But here’s what they won’t say 👇

Trump isn’t improvising - tariffs are core to MAGA. Americans voted for this: bring jobs home, rebuild real industry.

Example: Nike sells sneakers for $150–200. Costs $10 to make in China. $140 profit, but no U.S. jobs.
Tariffs change that. Factories move to the U.S., costs rise to $50–100 - but jobs return.
Same with cars. Why import a Mercedes if it can be built in the U.S.?

Now the bigger picture:
Countries export $3T+ to the U.S. annually.
If President Trump brings just 30% back - that’s huge.

But Europe, funding Ukraine’s war, will take a hit.
Less export → less production → lower tax revenues → less $$ for Ukraine.

Trump sets a flat 20% tariff on the EU - but opens the door to negotiations and deals.
Hungary plays nice? Gets 10%.
Germany ditches Taurus missiles? Gets 10%.
This lets the U.S. weaken EU's ability to fund the war.

Meanwhile, back-channel talks between Putin’s envoy Kirill Dmitriev and Trump’s circle suggest a ceasefire deal is on the table - likely by late April.

Russia may accept it without all its demands - just to exit the war and pressure Europe harder.
If U.S. lifts sanctions, American business profits from Russian energy. Europe, stuck with sanctions, loses.

Unfortunately,
- Ukraine already lost.
- Europe could lose more by going against Trump.
- Peace is closer than war - and President Trump will take the win.

I have watched your excellent interview with @TuckerCarlson and would like to respond by conveying some important information (specially before Ukrainian delegation come to discuss).

The reason why Zelensky is so strongly resisting this deal is because, in reality, all these rare minerals and resources have long been distributed among the oligarchs. The main figures here are Leonid Kuchma and Viktor Pinchuk, who control the allocation of natural resources and profit from them.

The distribution of these resources defines political legitimacy within the country. Access to the management of natural wealth creates power. Whoever controls the distribution of the most important assets in Ukraine - land and mineral resources - holds power and generates income.

Therefore, yes, Zelensky is afraid that the financial levers will no longer be in the hands of the oligarchs and himself, but will shift to the United States. He is afraid of giving them up and being left as a “naked king,” failing to grasp the importance of this step for achieving peace and ensuring a real partnership with the U.S.
