@Hermesparcels Gave up waiting on telephone. I tried twice to pay for a parcel to be sent using my Visa but your website wouldnt let me so i used paypal on my 3rd attempt which worked. I now have three tracking numbers, two which say ‘Mod allocation Failed’??? Is this normal?
