Let’s remind our hearts of this truth: Prayer makes a difference.
We don’t need to know how.
We don’t need to know when.
We just need to kneel confidently and know even our most simple prayers extend far wide & far high & far deep.
Keep praying, friend. God is listening.
I often want to immediately see the good that God promises, but sometimes God’s good answer is “not yet.” There is a timing to everything.
Even when we don't understand, we can trust that God is always true, trustworthy, and on time.
What if we viewed disappointment in light of the fact that God isn’t trying to break our hearts but rather make us ready for what He sees just ahead?
We might not understand why He does or doesn’t allow some things to happen. But, oh, sweet friend, may we choose to trust Him.
“When the enemy says I'm done, I'll lift my praises
When my world come crashing down I'll lift my praises high
'Til the darkness turns to dawn I'll lift my praises
I choose to worship, I choose You now.” #ChooseToWorship#Monday
Sweet friend, let me be a gentle voice of encouragement to you tonight.
Just because you don’t clearly see God’s work at this moment does not mean He is not working.
Ask Him to help you to trust Him. Keep hoping, keep praying, and keep watching for His hand.
