@EastMidRailway hi, received an email to say my booked journey is no longer running to Nottingham and all alternative routes will now take nearly double the time. You’ve offer a refund but you’re applying an admin charge of £5 for it? Outrageous
@AvantiWestCoast I’m only in London for the day on an advance ticket. I’ve already lost an hour. Can I use my advance return on a later train on my way home to make up the time I have lost?
