It is easy to just ‘do as told’ but that will mean we let down the families and children we work with and for. We all (me too) need to do better and push back and not allow ourselves to become indoctrinated by low-budgeted service provision. I do this job to help, not deny care

We must not bow to pressure to put anything in a report that we know is not accurate, whether that is by failing to commit to an appropriate diagnosis, or recommending a level of intervention that we know is insufficient.
