If you were “mature for their age” you might have been parentified. Parentification is when a child is made to fill an adult role.
This is an “invisible” trauma that has life long impact.

Sorry the situation in Afghanistan is one of the biggest shambles I’ve ever seen. A 20 year war. Billions spent. 400+ British soldiers dead, 2500 US soldiers dead, 66k Afghan soldiers dead, 47k Afghan civilians dead for it all to be lost in WEEKS. Catastrophic
We need to stop glamourising overworking. It’s so important to look after our physical and mental health. Let’s make sure to spend time with the ones we love. ❤️
If you go into cardiac arrest, without a defibrillator, you have a 7% chance of survival. If a defibrillator is on the patient within 3 mins, the chances of survival is over 70%.
Every school, university, workplace, recreational place should have one. They should be everywhere.
