@GWRHelp So grateful 4 the help my husband received on delayed 11.03 Paddington -Plymouth train Thurs 20Nov.. Yr 2 team train staff were outstanding in their sympathetic aid, after a nasty collision&fall on the concourse after platform announced. Great ambassadors for GWR.
