Being an effective change agent isn't just about making change happen. It's also about learning, reflecting & growing our own understanding & capabilities. So I loved "Action inquiry: a learning approach for systems change", a new (free) publication from @SystemChangeSch. It covers:
1) An overview of action inquiry: it comes from the same roots as action research, but it is aimed at change practitioners who seek to build learning into their work as a systemic practice;
2) Framings: ways of thinking that can help shape how we see & interpret information, our own experience & opportunities to change the world;
