@virginmedia What’s is the response time as this has been ongoing for weeks having being told over the phone they’d not be charged this amount and would have credits into account to find that yet again they are being basically robbed which is causing huge anguish and distress

Nurturing does not mean being nice to children. Nurturng means being able to sit w/ big uncomfortable feelings. If grownups don’t listen to feelings, childrn struggle to do it for themselvs later in life. Our culture doesn’t like sittng w/ feelings. We prefer to control them.
