@Snyders_Hanover help we are desperately searching for a cheese pretzel stockist in the UK or someone who will ship to us? My partner is obsessed with the cheesy goodness and we can’t find them anymore 🥺

[Anne Claypole @AnneClaypole1]

@HSBC_UK You shouldn’t be #proud of your customer service absolutely appalling

[Anne Claypole @AnneClaypole1]

@HSBC_UK loyal customer of over 30 years absolutely appalled by your customer service today been on the phone over 3 hours passed around for an issue your app called - no apology, no resolution and no call back #TERRIBLE

The longest known photographic exposure ever captured - and all thanks to a Fine Arts student & a can of Kopparberg 🍻. We think that just might be a first! https://t.co/JcQWYTn6q9

@jet2tweets I still haven’t heard about my flights to Spain it’s been nearly 2 weeks 😩

[Anne Claypole @AnneClaypole1]

@JoeScouse_LFC @jet2tweets It’s crazy that they returned half and no word on the other half?! Makes no sense 🤷‍♀️

[Anne Claypole @AnneClaypole1]

@JoeScouse_LFC @jet2tweets I’ve tried phoning, tweeting, emailing all sorts randomly they have refunded our flights home from Spain but not the ones outbound 🙈😩🤔

[Anne Claypole @AnneClaypole1]

@JoeScouse_LFC @jet2tweets Still waiting for mine 😩 can’t get through to anyone either @jet2tweets

[Anne Claypole @AnneClaypole1]

@jet2tweets you are normally brilliant but why have you only refunded the home leg of my Spain trip not the outbound?! #help #noresponse

[Anne Claypole @AnneClaypole1]

@askmollybeauty @kyleD041 @jet2tweets That’s ridiculous 🤷‍♀️

[Anne Claypole @AnneClaypole1]

@kyleD041 @askmollybeauty @jet2tweets Why can’t they put a statement out they are overwhelmed with calls because everyone is asking same thing?!

[Anne Claypole @AnneClaypole1]

@askmollybeauty @jet2tweets I read on https://t.co/eRcyNURUem that canaries are exempt from quarantine as are balerics you should be ok

[Anne Claypole @AnneClaypole1]

@jet2tweets understand you are really busy and non of this is your fault but can we have some clarity please due to fly tomorrow to Alicante
