Just because someone’s way of cooking is unfamiliar to you doesn’t make it bad. Unconventional ≠ bad. It’s just different.
I’m sure the Turks and Arabs will be crashing out if they found out how Nigerians make shawarma.
Always get a sense of overwhelming uselessness and helplessness whenever I see posts about kidnap victims because it appears no matter the outrage, the people whose job it is to protect and secure do not see the need to do that nor do they appear to see a need for accountability. Just dead silence on the matter and business as usual. Jokes and dinners celebrating their achievements whilst several families go through the mental torture of imagining the worst happening to their children for 50days. I cannot even begin to imagine how harrowing the experience is for those that have been taken and those left behind.
The world is evolving, everything will evolve, food/cooking will evolve as well.
It’s time to stop getting worked up because someone put tomato paste in their stew or put butter in their beans.
We have to stop.
I think the girls just want Melanie to stay in the villa tbh. They’re acutely aware that she has no other option there. It’s too late for her to explore anyone and the only other option is for her to leave. I kinda get them icl. 😪
Why are Nigerians acting like this stew method is strange or new in the CS? 😂😭
The stew you happily eat with Amala & other swallows at bukas… how do you think they make it? 😭
Yorubas have been using this method for decades, with little variations & they’ll tell you it’s one of the sweetest ways to cook stew.
Abeg, try it first before fighting me . 😂❤️
