This is so true. Abusive ex went out of his way to look like the perfect family member/friend/neighbour etc. Always helping others, kind, polite etc. But behind closed doors, he was the complete opposite 😢

Perpetrators may be abusing their partner at home but elsewhere may be: (not exhaustive)
Being nice at the bar.
Being polite to neighbours.
Mowing the lawn.
Making a joke at work.
Opening a door for someone.
Saying please and thank you.

A number of 'Officers' spoke in support of Cozens - (wait for this) - at the SENTENCING HEARING. After he had pleaded guilty !! Presumably they have been suspended from duty, their phones are being investigated and their computers seized? Or were they allowed to walk away?

The ex moved out in May this year. Left behind his man cave "pub" to our adult kids that are still here. Last night, he messaged this. He's seriously deluded. I asked him to move out due to DV (especially after drinking) & he put us thru an absolute hell for a yr b4 going 🤬😜🤬

@VanessaBrownCan Ex admitted to getting his new partners to stalk me on Insta & his cousin was stalking me on Twitter & sending him screenshots. Then he was putting those on Facebook to slag me off!! I had him blocked on everything, but still he shared my posts/tweets. Sad little life he leads

@VanessaBrownCan @stacke17 I didnt think he could use a recording without your permission? He can record you but needs your permission to share it, I believe. I was recording ex's various rants, but for my own records. I never got as far as needing them as evidence, so I dont exactly know how it works

This is how narcissistic abuser works. Yesterday calling me nasty piece of work & agressively insisting I do as he says. Today, day of my friend's funeral, he sends "Thinking of you". That way, he can tell people he showed me sympathy & I ignored him! We are divorced! Still games

@narcsupport101 Do you think so? I dont think my narc ex has any intention of questioning his behaviour & certainly wont accept blame. He doesnt even acknowledge it is abuse.

Post separation/divorce & still narc ex is being a dick. He"s signed financial consent order & is meant to be coming today to get the last bits from the house. I will then have nothing I need to discuss with him, so will be going full no contact #DomesticAbuse #narcissisticabuse
