Awful disability experience on @Delta Airlines today. I was upgraded to Premium but then had the upgrade rescinded because I'm a wheelchair user. Filed a complaint with Delta and with the Department of Transportation. Waiting to hear back.

@Bose I bought a new pair of Bose earbuds which turned out to be defective. I returned them as instructed, and Bose replaced them with a refurbished pair. This isn't right--I paid for new headphones, refurbished ones are cheaper--and I doubt that it is legal.
@CVSHealth I ordered some covid tests online. My credit card has been charged, but there is no record of my order. Have been on the phone with customer service for over an hour and gotten nowhere! Help!
@HiltonHotels Wheelchair user, fell in the bathroom of a Hilton--the grab bar fell off the wall. No manager available, no maintenance person, unsafe for the rest of sty. The hotel will not respond. And Hilton says, "We are not able to force the hotel to reach out to you." WTF

A week since I reached for the grab bar in the bathroom at a Hilton Hotel and the improperly installed grab bar and I both tumbled to the floor. Have reached out to Hilton numerous times and not so much as an apology.
@soulcycle Fire Stacey Griffith! You make a big deal on your web page about celebrating Black History Month, but what she did--pushing herself ahead of the Black and Brown people who have suffered disproportionately in the pandemic--is the epitome of white privilege.

@IDme False advertising. IDme does NOT make verifying your identity easy. I have spent hours on your website--and more hours going into your chat queue to get support, getting told there are 99 people ahead of me, getting thrown off and having to start all over. HELP!!!
@Grubhub I correct my address and for some reason the website keeps changing it back to 5008 Telegraph Ave. in Oakland. This is the restaurant I am ordering from, not my address. Second time this has happened. Fix the damn problem!

See that mask wearing is enforced at Sutter Health! I was in a waiting room where a man--who was coughing--left his mask off while he was drinking a cup of coffee. He finally put his mask on -- with his nose uncovered. Staff did not deal with the problem.
