Understanding the Dytham Case and What It Reveals About Operation Talla

This evening I am publishing an important new paper that explains, in clear and simple terms, a 1979 court ruling which has direct relevance to what has happened under Operation Talla and indeed, continues to happen.

Most of the public and many police officers have never been told that the law is so very clear:

Police cannot lawfully refuse to hear a crime report.

They cannot pre-decide not to act.

They cannot reject evidence because it is inconvenient or politically sensitive.

Under Operation Talla however, thousands of people across all four UK nations were met with blanket refusals, non-recording and pre-determined dismissal of their reports.

The case of R v Dytham shows why this was not just poor practice - but was, in actuality, unlawful.

This new paper is important for everyone:

For the public because the right to report a crime is fundamental to the rule of law.

For police officers of all ranks because many were placed in an impossible position where following internal policy meant breaching their legal duty.

The EU is fining Hungary a whopping €200 million for refusing to open their borders.

Hungary has been one of the few countries in Europe that has not followed the open borders agenda, and now they are being punished for it.

The top court in the EU just ruled that Hungary shall be fined a whopping €200 million AND a daily €1 million penalty for refusing to open their borders and for having deported people.

”The ECJ’s decision to fine Hungary with 200M euros plus 1M euros daily(!!!) for defending the borders of the European Union is outrageous and unacceptable” said Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán.

Hungary has refused asylum seekers from staying in the country while their asylum applications are being processed.

People who want to seek asylum in Hungary have to do so at their embassies in neighbouring countries and people who try to cross the borders are stopped.

This has been unacceptable to the EU which is now forcing Hungary to open their borders or pay a massive fine.

Incredible.

Recently, Viktor Orbán created a new right-wing alliance called Patriots for Europe that quickly became the third largest group in the EU parliament.

However, the left and liberals have colluded to keep them out of key positions in the EU.

The people of Hungary clearly do not want open borders, as they have voted in large numbers for Viktor Orbán that is firm on closing the borders.

Yet the EU are forcing them to open up the borders as they say that Hungary is not following their laws.

FDA will soon be sued for an invalid clinical trial.

We petitioned FDA, on behalf of @ICANdecide, to withdraw licensure or require a valid trial for both Hep-B vaccines indicated for use in babies because both were licensed based on inadequate trials: one with only 147 children and 5 days of safety monitoring and the other with only 4 days. (See FDA docs cited in petition below.) FDA's approval was thus not only scientifically invalid, but morally and ethically bankrupt. FDA had 180 days to substantively respond to the petition but so far has had nothing but excuses. Despite the passage of over 3 years, FDA has failed to provide any further data to support the safety of these products.
