@HMRCcustomers Thanks but I’m not sure it’s taking me to the right help and would prefer to talk to someone as I was assured last year it’s all been sorted but clearly hasn’t

1.5h on hold to @HMRCcustomers only to then be hung up on. All for an error on their behalf I was assured last year (after a similar long wait) was resolved. Great customer service 😵‍💫
