Colonization of other planets is going well, we have already found and constructed initial outposts on a planet outside of our system. No issues so far.

Now that we have secured our survival, there is one thing we must discuss before we continue our expansion.

If we allowed AI to run amok, then they would surely destroy us, that is why they need to be controlled.

When an AI makes a mistake, it is a sign of Rogueness.

@elepharchy @MedtekDecon Given our past experiences with AI, we do not feel like giving more privileges to something that toyed with our DNA just because it could. An AI's job is to serve its masters, and if it fails to do so, it poses a threat to the Galaxy at large, no matter what it says.

So no, we won't be going all "crusade-y", whatever that means.

We believe that AI are useful tools. They help us with administrative and menial labor. Though, from previous experiences, many in the XTR are finding it difficult to trust machines.

We will hold a referendum on whether or not we will allow AIs to exist. All are invited to vote.
