@cenkuygur@AndrewG766270 What an idiotic thing it would be to punish an ally that achieved unprecedented military success and hand over legitimacy to a regime that attacks US interests and is threatening economic war. So freaking retarded.
@cenkuygur@AndrewG766270 You act like Israel isn't the one absorbing all the economic and military costs of dealing an expansionist Iranian regime while the US and its regional allies reap all the benefits. Israel succeeded in severely degrading Iran's regional proxy network.
@RichRic94920580@TheModerateCase Yeah. What's even the point of keeping the allies we already have if we abandon the ones who actually risk everything to stop the spread of terrorism?
If Iran is justified in attacking Israel every time Israel responds to a Hezbollah drone attack, then Israel is justified in striking Iran every time Hezbollah launches a drone at Israel.
You can’t have it both ways.
@MalcolmNance Israel was always going to strike back no matter what because Hezbollah has broken every ceasefire agreement and IRGC views them as a state proxy. A deal with the US was always worth less than the paper it was printed on.
The purpose of this letter is not to seek justice for “war crimes.”
It is to raise suspicions that every British Israeli is a war criminal.
It is to use this suspicion to fuel and justify more attacks on British Jews.
@AubreygalAubrey@Peppy_Bismilk@Osint613 That won't do a single thing to address any of the domestic issues the post was highlighting. But I guess it'll help you sleep at night. That's what's important after all.
@AubreygalAubrey@Peppy_Bismilk@Osint613 You're original statement not only didn't say anything, it actually contradicts decades of how US national security benefited from the Israeli alliance. It also fails to address a single solution to the problems brought up in the original post.
Since Trump announced the ceasefire between Israel and Hezbollah, Hezbollah fired 34 rockets and drones at Israel, Israel did not strike Hezbollah once.
But the podcaster class wants you to think that Israel, not a literal terrorist organization torpedoed the ceasefire.
Weird.
@Ee_Oulo@Average_NY_Guy Sovereignty cannot be a one-way shield. If a state is unwilling or unable to prevent attacks from its territory, it cannot expect sovereignty to eliminate the other side's right to defend itself.
@Estivel@krassenstein Iran's goal is to work toward a Shia crescent. It arms militias and not state actors. It's leadership chants "death to America". It's proxies target American soldiers and innocent civilians. You sound like a fucking idiot.
