@ShaleTier7 Do you agree with 400 locations? Seems high. But if so, 6.5m per stick + ~11.5m AFE = 18m per well. For say 1.2 mmbls of oil? Or $15 F&D on oil only (ignorning NGLs, although maybe wash with gas so negative). Good enough recycle ratio? Are #s close?

@Zerosumgame33 What is correct multiple for these assets? Why does it deserve to be high if so much depends on govt policy/regulation, always a risk? Why focus so much on NTM levered multiples instead of unlevered? Generally on board with 1-2 yrs of high returns but over the cycle matters.

AI continues to make me want to shoot myself in the head. Claude is no different as it cannot accomplish even most basic task of pulling information from publicly available financial statements (10K of all things). Just one big circle jerk.
