@The_First_Peer@ContraMolinism@IsaiahINRI Every other option is much more immoral. It involves cooperating with the a pretense that the person under one's authority is not under that authority. Singapore is a very safe place.
@The_First_Peer@ContraMolinism@IsaiahINRI You admit that corporal punishment of a seven year old is effective and, apparently, morally acceptable. A 17 year old can presumably understand moral reasoning to a higher degree. Thus, if they are obstinate, corporal punishment is the only remaining means of enforcing justice.
@The_First_Peer@ContraMolinism@IsaiahINRI If somebody understands that what they are doing is unjust, but chooses to do it anyway, there is more reason to use force, not less. Singapore is very safe.
@frozenmusic@BitchInHeat69@LordIxabert It is hard to view somebody who has to work for a living, or even who chooses to, as 'upper class'. In the US, financial independence for three generations is a necessary condition.
