While other states have almost completed the counselling process. We are receiving yet another notification of postponement. For 3 years we worked in the pandemic day and night only to be treated like this.

@AmazonHelp I am sorry but that is what I have been doing from past 1 week, I have been calling banks customer support to trace the reference number as you have mentioned "many times" earlier and have been told no credit has happened. Appreciate your understanding.

@AmazonHelp I have contacted the bank and they have checked it personally and quoted that no credit has happened to the account. With respect to the reference number.

@AmazonHelp and few exchange orders have been picked long backand the exchange product delivery date wasn't given for even after 10 days of pick up, and hence I had to cancel the order and place a new one of which the refund isn't sure for me now.

@flipkartsupport been more than 15 days since the day I was made to pay twice for the order I placed telling it will be refunded, flipkart says,the refund has been done , buts it's not reflected in the account! Kindly help, since bank denies any credit in the account.
