@ML_Mexico @Profeco @Profeco @ML_Mexico || Cabe recalcar que trate de contactar directamente con el servicio al cliente pero solo le hacían dar vueltas y vueltas; la compra se hizo el 16 de agosto y lo recibí ese mismo día en la noche, devolviéndolo el día 17 en uno de los centros de ML.

@Profeco || Podrian apoyarme puesto que realice una compra por @ML_Mexico de un Teléfono Realme, confiando en la devolución y compra protegida decidí devolverlo pasadas unas horas de la hora recibida pero se lo robaron ya sea en el transcurso del punto de recolección al Almacén.

@ML_Mexico @Profeco Arriba anexe el video del embalaje que hice incluso usando una cinta de Sello de garantía la cual he usado en otras devoluciones y hasta apenas en esta ocasión fue necesario tener que hacer un post por este medio puesto que @ML_Mexico no me da la oportunidad de resolverlo dentro.
