@realEstateTrent My aunt and uncle lived in Stinson Beach and Palo Alto in the mid 50s. They had a log cabin a block or two off the ocean in Stinson. Flooded two winters in a row. My folks went over to muck it out. I was in a playpen on the deck for that.
