@etihad I’m Gold status with Etihad for a very long time, and today I was flying FIRST class from Europe to AbuDhabi. Disappointed to see a default in the door of my cabin which honestly didn’t allow me to sleep as it didn’t give any privacy from the aisle.

@etihad very disappointed at Etihad. I had the worst flight!!!. First my seat entertainment Audio did not work!!!! Changed headsets 5 times and restarted the system (2) times. I had to sit for 9 hours straight not watching! And then my baggage got damaged and it’s priory silver
