@ShaunBMcGarry@OpsHQs Shaun we get it you hate yourself and your life, but find a meaningful outlet for your anger instead of parroting nonfactual bullshit
@Rec1pr0city@wedemandareply@OpsHQs No they wouldn’t, you’re projecting what you’d do if you could because you’re angry with the world & you hate your life
You need to be attention-span-maxing.
Watch 3 hour talks. Read books for hours at a time. Watch the entire movie, without taking a break. Stare into space losing yourself in thought and imagination. Do not check your phone. The opposite of brain-rot is the will to focus in a culture which wants to pull you every other way.
Yall be trying to embrace these bad personalities traits like it’s cool. “I’m so petty” “I get nasty when I argue” okay you’re unregulated. Go talk to someone
Pattern Recognition is also the form of intelligence that causes the most stress.
You will see things that others do not.
You'll feel crazy.
Things will be *so obvious* to you, and others will just deny it.
@rizqfunnels @sharghzadeh So you first comment about drinking and committing zina out of nowhere, and now you’re bringing up hijab? Your rage baits are still weak, try harder
@olivespage But once you overcome it you’ll be able to recognise patterns from a mile away & it’ll make you immune to the same bullshit, it’s a different level of resilience
The older you get the more aware you become of your nervous system & the less tolerance you’ll have for people who think always getting on your nerves is funny. They get entertained while your nervous system is rarely relaxed. Occasional teasing is fine & sometimes even necessary, but constant agitation signals something else. You don’t need frenemies.
The gap between knowing what to do & actually doing it has nothing to do motivation. It’s not even discipline. It’s about allowing yourself to suck at it first.
All you need is one person who sees you & reminds you of how far you’ve come, even if you’re aware of it. As much as you can love yourself and be “independent”, being seen & validated by the people you love is unparalleled.
Neuroplasticity exists. If you don't like your life or career as an adult you can just learn new things. As long as you aren't an idiot and plan things long term, you can try your hand at pretty much anything that doesn't require the body of a teenager / early 20s athleticism.
